Bon Console accounts are created by Bon for your organization. You sign in with your email address and a password you choose.

  1. You receive an email from Bon with a Set your password link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
  2. Open the link. It is valid for 60 minutes. If it has expired, the page says so and offers to send a new one.
  3. Choose a password and confirm it. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and include a number. Leading and trailing spaces are removed.
  4. You are taken to the sign-in page. Sign in with your email and the new password.

The sign-in page says “Your administrator will send you an invitation email” because there is no self-service sign-up. If you need an account, ask the customer admin for your organization or email info@bonintel.com.

Enter your email and password at the sign-in page. After signing in you land on the Overview. If you opened a link to a specific page, such as an emailed report, you are taken to that page after signing in.

  1. Choose Forgot password on the sign-in page.
  2. Enter your email. The page always confirms the request, whether or not the address is known, so it cannot be used to guess accounts.
  3. Open the link in the email and choose a new password. The link expires after 60 minutes.

Requests are limited to five per minute from the same network. If you see “Too many attempts”, wait a minute and try again.

Customer admins cannot reset passwords for other people from the console. If a colleague is locked out, they can use Forgot password themselves, or you can ask Bon support to send a reset email.

A session lasts about an hour. After that the console returns you to the sign-in page, and signing in again takes you back to where you were. Nothing is lost except unsaved form input.

The console also checks your session every five minutes while a page is open, so an account that is deactivated stops working within a few minutes.

Go to Settings and use Change password. You need your current password. See Settings.
