Customer admin
Reporting emails a comparison analysis on a schedule. Each report is a CSV file attached to an email from bi-reporting@bonintel.com. Add that address to your safe senders, and check spam if a report does not arrive.
The reports table
Section titled “The reports table”| Column | Meaning |

| Name | The name you gave the report. |
| Frequency | Daily, Weekly (with the weekday) or Monthly (with the day of month). |
| Period | The rolling period the report covers each time it runs. |
| Recipients | The email addresses that receive it. |
| Last run | When it last ran and whether it succeeded. |
| Next run | When it will run next. |
| Status | Active or Paused. |
Row actions
Section titled “Row actions”- Edit: change the name, recipients, frequency and period. Branches, metric and comparison mode are fixed once a report exists; create a new report to change them.
- Pause and Resume.
- Run now: sends the report immediately in addition to its schedule.
- Download latest report: fetches the most recent file. “No downloadable report yet” means the report has never run.
- Delete: asks you to type the report’s name to confirm.
Creating a report
Section titled “Creating a report”Choose New report, or start from Compare with Schedule as report to have the form pre-filled.

| Comparison mode | None, previous period, or a custom range. |
| Period | Today, Yesterday, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This week, Last week, Month to date, Last month. The period is rolling: it is worked out each time the report runs, in your organization’s time zone. |
| Recipients | Email addresses separated by commas. |
| Frequency | Daily; Weekly on a chosen weekday; or Monthly on a day from 1 to 28, so every month has that day. |
When a report is created from Compare, the period is estimated from the dates you analyzed. Check it before saving.
Emailed download links
Section titled “Emailed download links”The email contains a link to download the CSV. Opening it:
- asks you to sign in if you are not already, then returns you to the link;
- checks that the link is still valid and belongs to your organization;
- offers Download report (CSV).
“This link can’t be opened” means the link has expired, was altered, or belongs to a different organization. Use Download latest report in the table instead.
Only customer admins can download reports. A store admin or viewer who receives the email will see the sign-in page but cannot complete the download.
