Your customer page
Customer admin
Admin at the bottom of the sidebar opens the administration area. In Bon Console your organization is called a customer.
Administration overview
Section titled “Administration overview”Counts of active stores, devices and users in your organization, a map of where your devices are installed, and a chart of active versus inactive devices. Store admins see the same page scoped to their stores.
Customer page
Section titled “Customer page”Customer in the administration sidebar opens your organization’s page. It shows:
- Stores: every store, with a link to each store’s detail page. See Managing stores.
- Map: store locations.
- Admins: the customer admins for your organization. You can remove a customer admin by typing their name to confirm. New customer admins are invited by Bon; email info@bonintel.com.
- Devices: every device installed for your organization.
What you cannot change here
Section titled “What you cannot change here”The organization’s name, description, brand colors and logo are set by Bon. Send changes to info@bonintel.com with the new values, and a logo file (SVG, PNG or JPG, up to 5 MB) if you want it replaced.
