Devices

Customer admin · Store admin · Store viewer

The Devices page lists every counting device in the stores you have access to, with its online state and a 30-day uptime strip. Use it to confirm that a store’s numbers are complete before you act on them.

  • The store filter narrows the list to one store. The filter is kept in the page address, so you can bookmark it.
  • Offline devices are listed first.
  • Twelve cards show at a time; Show more loads the next twelve.
Element Meaning
Device ID The identifier Bon uses for the device. Quote it when contacting support.
Online / Offline Online means the console received data from the device within the last five minutes. The badge shows how long ago the last data arrived.
30-day uptime The share of the last 30 days during which the device was activated and sending data. “No history yet” means the device was activated too recently for a summary.
Uptime strip One cell per day. Red is a day the device was activated but sent no data. A muted cell is a day the device was not activated. A half-marked cell means the device was activated for part of that day.
Days with no data A count of red cells.

Uptime only counts time the device was activated, so a device installed two weeks ago can still show 100%.

Daily summaries are produced once a day, so the most recent cell can lag by a day.

A device that is offline is not counting. Footfall for its store is incomplete until it comes back, and the Overview estimates how many visits were missed. Power, network and camera connection are the usual causes. If a device stays offline, email info@bonintel.com with the device ID and the store name.

There is no customer-facing alert for offline devices. Check the Overview or this page.
