Email invitations, password reset, Excel export
New
- New users receive an email invitation and choose their own password. Existing users can reset a forgotten password from the sign-in page.
- The sign-in page has a new design.

- Customer admins can edit a store directly from its detail page.

- Device uptime counts only the days a device was activated, so a device installed mid-month is not penalized for the days before.

Compare and Rankings for store roles
New
- Store admins and store viewers can open Compare and Rankings, limited to the stores they have access to.

Zone footfall, device uptime, counting exclusions
New
- A Zone Footfall chart on the store page shows distinct visitors per camera zone, by 10 minutes, hour or day.
- A Devices page in the dashboard shows every counter in your network with its online state and a 30-day uptime strip.
- Store settings can exclude chosen age groups and genders from counting. The exclusion applies to new data only.
Improved
- A device now counts as online when it is sending data, everywhere in the console.
- Several form and save-state fixes.
Weather impact, brand colors, Ask Bon prompts
New
- The Weather Impact card on the Overview uses live weather data for each store. It shows “Collecting weather data” until enough days have been recorded.
- The console uses your organization’s brand colors throughout.
- Ask Bon offers suggested prompts grouped by topic, a copy button on every reply, and an export of the whole conversation.
Improved
- Footfall no longer counts a visitor who leaves and re-enters as a new visit. Totals may be lower than before for busy entrances.
Network health on the Overview
New
- The Overview now shows Network Footfall for today, Stores Open right now, and Device Health across your network.
- An Offline Devices panel lists stores with a device that has stopped sending data, how long it has been offline, and an estimate of the visits that went uncounted.

- The activity log shows times in your local time zone.
New Overview page
New
- A new Overview page is the home page after sign-in. It shows a live network row, one period control for the whole page, a Top Footfall Stores leaderboard, and an Age & Gender breakdown you can narrow to a single store.

- Rankings load faster and gain a Peak Hours metric. The metric selector is grouped by Traffic, Demographics and Timing, with a short explanation of each metric.
Store-local time on charts

- Charts and day-of-week comparisons now use each store’s own time zone, so daily totals line up with the store’s trading day.
- Sign-in redirect fixes.
Store metadata
New
- Stores can carry custom metadata, such as the store code or region used in your own systems. Customer admins edit it on the store form.
French language, report downloads
New
- French is now available as a console language, alongside English and Turkish. Change it from Settings.
- Each scheduled report in Reporting has a Download latest report action, so you can fetch the most recent file without waiting for the next email.
Improved
- Rankings and Compare have a refreshed layout.
- Age and gender breakdowns are shown as percentages.
- Assorted chart and sign-in link fixes.
