Rankings
Customer admin · Store admin · Store viewer
Rankings orders the stores you have access to by one metric over one period, with a podium for the top three and a full list underneath.
Metric
Section titled “Metric”| Group | Metric | How it is calculated |
|---|---|---|
| Traffic | Footfall | Total visitors in the period. |
| Traffic | Occupancy | Daily visitors divided by the store’s maximum capacity. “5.2x” means the store saw 5.2 times its capacity per day. Stores with no capacity set cannot be ranked. |
| Demographics | Gender | Highest share of female or male visitors. |
| Demographics | Age | Highest share of a chosen age band. |
| Timing | Peak Hours | The average share of a day’s footfall that falls in the busiest hour. A high value means traffic is concentrated. Completed days only. |
The page explains the selected metric and its ordering rule next to the selector.
Period
Section titled “Period”Today, Yesterday, 7 Days, 30 Days or Custom (any range up to 30 days). 7 Days is the default.
Gender, Age and Peak Hours need a completed day, so Today is disabled for them. Switching to one of those metrics while Today is selected moves the period to Yesterday.
Results
Section titled “Results”- The podium shows the top three.
- Full Ranking lists every ranked store with its value and the change against the previous period of the same length.
- Rankings cover at most 50 stores. If you have more, the page says the list was cut off. Occupancy, gender and age re-rank only the 50 stores with the highest footfall.
- Choose a store to open its store page.
“No ranking data available” means no store recorded data for the period and metric.
