Customer admin

Activity in the administration sidebar shows a log of changes in your organization.

What is recorded

Creating, updating, deleting, deactivating and reactivating stores, users, devices, cameras and zones, as well as comparison analyses and settings changes. Each entry shows:

• what was changed and the kind of change;
• who made it, by name, or System for changes made by Bon’s background processes;
• when, in your browser’s local time zone;
• an expandable list of the fields that changed, with the value before and after.

Finding an entry

• Search matches the text of entries.
• Type filters by what was changed: Customer, Store, User, Device, Camera, Zone, Analysis, Settings or System.
• Kind filters by the change: Created, Updated, Deleted, Deactivated, Reactivated and others.
• Load more fetches older entries.

Some internal changes made by Bon are not shown in the customer view.
