Ask Bon is an analytics assistant. Type a question about your stores and it answers from the same data the dashboards use, limited to the stores your account can see.
Asking a question
Section titled “Asking a question”- Type a question and send it. Answers stream in as they are produced. Stop generating halts a long answer.
- Refer to stores by name. Ask Bon knows the names of your stores and your organization.
- Questions are limited to 10,000 characters.
- New chat clears the conversation and starts again.
Suggested prompts
Section titled “Suggested prompts”When a conversation is empty, Ask Bon shows prompts grouped by topic: Live now, Footfall trends, Rankings, Who’s visiting, In-store journey, Weather impact and Device health. Choose one to send it as written, or edit it first.
Working with answers
Section titled “Working with answers”- Copy on any reply copies its text.
- Export downloads the whole conversation as a Markdown file, with timestamps in your local time zone.
What to expect
Section titled “What to expect”Ask Bon reads data; it does not change settings, send emails or create reports. For numbers you will act on, confirm them on the relevant dashboard page. If Ask Bon is temporarily unavailable, the page says so; try again later or use the dashboards directly.
