The Overview is the first page after sign-in. It summarizes every store you have access to for today, then lets you look at completed periods below. The date under the title is today’s date on your device.
Network row
Section titled “Network row”Three cards describe the network right now. They always refer to today in each store’s own time zone; the period control further down does not affect them.
Network Footfall
Section titled “Network Footfall”Total visitors across all stores so far today, with the median per store underneath. The median is used on purpose so that one very busy store does not drag the typical store up or down.
Stores Open
Section titled “Stores Open”How many stores are open now out of the total, with the number closed on schedule. The bar shows one segment per store (up to twelve stores, then proportionally). Open and closed come from each store’s operating hours.
Device Health
Section titled “Device Health”The share of devices currently online, to one decimal place:

It also shows how many devices are offline and how many stores that affects. Choose the card to jump to the Offline Devices panel. A device is online when the console has received data from it within the last five minutes; see Devices and data quality.
Offline Devices
Section titled “Offline Devices”A queue of stores that have at least one offline device. Work it from the top: an offline device means the store’s footfall is incomplete until it comes back.
- Two tabs split the list into outages longer than 24 hours and shorter than 24 hours.
- Each card shows the store, how many of its devices are offline, how long the outage has run, and an estimated visits lost based on the store’s recent average. “No estimate” appears when there is not enough history. A no coverage badge means every counting camera at the store is offline.
- Choose a card to open the store. Long lists collapse after nine stores behind Show all.
- When every device is reporting, the panel reads “All devices reporting” with the number of stores checked.
Insights period
Section titled “Insights period”Below the network row, one control sets the period for the two cards beneath it: Yesterday, 7 Days or 30 Days (7 Days by default). There is no Today option here because these cards rank completed totals.
Top Footfall Stores
Section titled “Top Footfall Stores”The five stores with the most visitors in the period, each with a bar relative to the leader. Choose a store to open it, or View all rankings for the full list. The card is hidden when you have access to fewer than two stores.
Age & Gender
Section titled “Age & Gender”Visitor demographics for the period. Choose All stores or one store. The network view shows percentages only. A single store also shows counts and an “unknown” share for visitors whose age or gender could not be estimated. The age bands are listed under Metrics and definitions.
Weather Impact (Beta)
Section titled “Weather Impact (Beta)”Average daily visitors per weather condition over the insights period, with the average temperature and the number of store-days behind each condition. Each store-day is matched to that store’s dominant weather for the day, using completed days only.
- “Collecting weather data” means there are not yet enough recorded days. Check back after a few days of data.
- Conditions are Clear, Cloudy, Rainy, Drizzle, Stormy, Snowy, Foggy and Mixed.
Refreshing
Section titled “Refreshing”The Refresh button at the top reloads every card on the page. The Overview does not reload by itself.
